Kamal Dhiman is the Founder and General Secretary of Kishore Kumar Memorial Club (Regd.) . He is an ardent connoisseur of Hindi Film Music especially Kishore Kumar since childhood. He has systematically collected audio cassettes, audio CD’s, gramophone records, information & photographs of films and music personalities: he compiled rare information about film & musical personalities and their works. In this series, he edited, researched & compiled a book on Kishore Kumar titled “Gaata Rahe Mera Dil” in 2002. The book contains all information about the life of Kishore Kumar, songs sung by him in all languages, his filmography and other important information about his contribution to Indian film industry. Later, he authored another book on Kishore Kumar titled “Versatile Genius – Kishore Kumar” in 2011. He authored book on Dev Anand titled “Evergreen Dev Anand” This book is an anthology of Dev Anand’s Contribution to Cinema which consists of detailed Filmography records of Dev Anand, song picturised on him, rare & unique photographs of his life and deeds, his interview, many articles of renowned personalities, astrological analysis and many other related information about him. Mr. Dhiman also written a book on astrology titled “Aura of Astrology” which consists of Basic Natal Astrology. The book explains the basic foundations of natal astrology in a comprehensive way along with scientific lines and cosmic needs. He also authored more books on Kishore Kumar titled “Main Hoon Jhumroo…Actor Kishore Kumar” in 2016 & “Composer Kishore Kumar” in 2017. He has been awarded by many organizations for promotion of art and culture and book writing.
